I have a friend that needs help. She can’t sexually control herself. It’s really bothering me, worrying me. It’s at the point where I’m worried that her rape 3 years ago is really affecting how she feels about herself, other guys, and sex in general.
I wish I would get an inspirational thought right about now…

I am sooo annoyed today. At everything. At life. I couldn’t find parking, my hair looks like shit, I have to go to my stupid group tonight… ugh. Why do I feel like this. They teach me in my cognitive therapy group that I should recognize when I’m having negative feelings and try to think of the positive. What if there is NO positive?

I kind of wish that you would figure out what YOU wanted. It’s difficult for me to have feelings for someone that might not be able to express his own toward me. I know what you’re thinking and saying and what you want to do, but what you’re doing is not the same.
I just don’t know what to think/feel anymore. Come back to me.
Back to my old apartment. I am so sore today. Oh, and did you know that to get a genuine six pack, you have to work out your “back abs”? WTF!
